Vietnam's revenue from trade activities rises 9.3 pct in 10 months

HANOI, Nov. 11 (Xinhua) -- Vietnam's state budget revenue from import and export activities rose 9.3 percent year-on-year in the first 10 months of 2025 to over 379.8 trillion Vietnamese dong (about 15.12 billion U.S. dollars), the Vietnam News Agency reported Tuesday, citing the Department of Vietnam Customs.

The figure represented 92.4 percent of the annual estimate and 80.8 percent of the set target, according to the report.

During the ten months, the country's total import-export turnover reached 762.44 billion dollars, expanding 17.4 percent from a year earlier. Vietnam recorded a trade surplus of 19.56 billion dollars in goods trade during this period.
